The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions on the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it can be alarmed with regards to the superior number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large variety of clients/beneficiaries website to access SASSA services.

“This is website as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The provider issue established for intervention experiences a higher influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it challenging to the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to allow the servicing of all clients and increase access to Social Assistance products and services,” read more the agency said.
